In 2005, I founded a first-to-market reusable bag company with a mission to save the world, 1 Bag at a time. For the next 12 years, I experienced what it’s like to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse, remote teams across the globe. Along the way, I inspired nearly 60% of Americans to adopt reusable bags. After I sold my company in 2017, I wanted to share all that I had learned about purpose-driven entrepreneurship and inspirational leadership. That’s what my coaching is all about.
